Fan Belt problem

My fan belt keeps jumping off, I have had some engine mounts replaced and also put some spacers on the alternator, all to no avail, I am very confused?

Check that all the pulleys are aligned. I had this problem which was caused by the bearing on the idler pulley having moved forward by about 15mm from it's casing. The belt kept jumping off. Bearing was removed + pressed back once we used tome locktite to secure the bearing in place.

I have resolved the problem, it was the idler pully bearing, new one on order, as always I had feared the worst, big sigh of relief!
