Need new tyres - Toyo T1R price check?

Anyone fitted these to their Griff recently? if so did what kinda price? I need 245/35/18 rear and 225/45/16 front (although quite fancy going back to 255/30/18 on the back but cant seem to find that size in a Toyo?)

best place to buy? any recommendations?
