How's this for an idea only, I have not said that I am going to make
them!!!!!!!!

If we make an alloy rectangular shape to fit the hole the plastic part comes
out of. This could have a raised lip to follow the dash button style. Now
the LEDs/lights can be set into/behind this and a legend marked below each
still on the alloy.. The whole plate could be anodised to match buttons etc.
It may help the shape to put a raised bar between each LED.

Back lighting gets either expensive or you have to use lights like those on
the Pistonheads thread.

Any good?

Do you have access to a fax, I could sketch it?

Earlier in the dash project we did make a plate and it did not look that
good so dropped it.

Am I missing something? I can't see a thing. Is this the 2 piece roof - I doubt it looking at the text.

I think its about the indicator panel that sits above your radio.

There wasn't a picture I just left a big gap by mistake!! It's re replacing the plastic strip with indicator lamps etc in it.

yes just like that. Got in touch with marino but does not make just that item. I don't want a full ally dash.

It will when I've save up enough pennies to buy them...

Got the wheels back at the weekend and they look absolutely fab IMHO . Just have to find the money to pay for them now, and the new tyres, and the bolts we had to get from Holland etc, etc, etc...

We're off on hols on Friday and I've still got to find some spendies...!

Now where did I put that guide to robbing banks...
