Growl - curry & BBQ update

Curry details will be announced very shortly, coach is booked juyst need to speak to Chutneys.

Sat nights do is still in the balance. I'm in contact with the new landlord (and have been since Xmas - we speak every 3-4 weeks) but the pub is being fitted out internally so it's going to be tight, given planning permission etc. I've got to make a call pretty soon so I can look at alternatives but I'm hanging mjy hat on the White Horse at the mo - 5/4 on to be a goer.

Details will be posted as soon as they are agreed.

Saturday BBQ at the White Horse is looking very promising now so should be announcing details later this week. Pub should re-open mid to late June which will be 18 months after the doors closed, which is unusual to see nowadays.

New to this. I've had the Griff for 3 weeks. Sounds like I need to make the Growl! Any excuse for a piss up . I will book up a place in the hotel.

Will issue details of how to book early next week and all on first come first served. Usually around 50 people for the curry and 120-150 for the BBQ. And defo is a pi55 up starting Friday lunchtime! I was so peed up last year I can't recall the curry at all other than arriving there.

I have a vague recollection of trying to work out the bill at the end of the evening with Mrs FFG last year, maths and beer don't go too well !!
