Check out my website for a quick overview of fitting a flip front, It's not too hard. curley carbon | www.curleyuk.com do some 2 piece ones, as do minisport| www.minisportshop.com, there are other suppliers as well, but be careful that they're decent qaulity (unlike mine) or they'll be a right bitch to fit...

Just make sure you realise that the original front wings, inner wings and front panel make up a lot of the structural integrity and that if removing the original structure you must make sure that you add strengthening to at least replace this original strength. I don't know where the flip-front manufacturers get the information to do the necessary stress calculations. The flip-front itself, as it is not welded to the car, will provide no strength or torsional rigidity to the basic bodyshell at all, so lots of additional bracing is necessary. In my younger days I was an aircraft structures designer and I am concerned that the fitting of flip-fronts may not always put the necessary basic strength back into the bodyshell. I know they make for better access to the engine, but 'no-thanks', I'll stick with the bodyshell as designed and crash tested.
