Interesting mini spotted in the Doncaster area

I drove past a blue mini with fared arches a 'retro' black number plate, whilst on the M62 or M18 don't suppose it was anyone on here? 
It had no problem keeping up with my TVR for a short blip and sounded very interesting - an engine transplant of some description perhaps? Maybe a bike engine?
Always wanted a mini, but never been practical to own one.

Scares the s
t outta me though! 170mph down a Dual-Carridgeway.. His leather seat smells pretty funny after he took me out.. I'd Love one =) but my Mini's more fun, he couldnt keep up with me through our country lane.. The Cerbs too back happy haha..
