Hi all. Giving my cab a well deserved re-spay and deseam.
Having never liked the cabrio body kit, i would like to fit the sports pack arches, wheels and chrome bumpers. ( If anyone has some, let me know!)
My question is can i just bolt the wheels on? where there any differences ( other than the wheels ) on the sports pack models? suspension arms or track rods etc?

If your upgrading form 12's to 13's (which is what sportspacks are)? Or are you running 13's currently? If your going up to 13's you will need to cut away a small amount of bodywork on the front wings to stop the wheels catching on full lock, you can get templates for this on the internet- try http://www.minispares.com- they have genusine sportspack arches, but there not cheap, lol.

13" factory fitted vehicles limited the steering lock (via stops on the rack) to avoid catching the 13" wheels on the inner wheelarch. Any sign of rubbing will be an MOT failure with a keen vehicle inspector.

12" to 13" is a question of aesthetics only I take it? - it'll do nothing for the ride and handling of your already floppy cabrio shell.

Stick with 12" wheels. They work better, look better and don't cause the wheel bearing wear that the 13's cause.
You would be better going from 12" to 10" than going to 13".
