There's no problem you driving the car from the UK as far as the licence is concerned, but you must have valid 'Third Party' insurance for the car.
Normally when a person sells a car in the UK, to another UK person, the seller sends the V5c registration document to the DVLC (the UK licencing authority).
Make sure the seller understands they should not do this when a car is exported. In this case they only send a small section of it, Section 11 'Notification of Permanent Export'. You need to keep the rest.
You will also need a bill of sale.
Neither of these should be a problem.
It is also a requirement that a UK registered car has a valid MOT Certificate before it is driven on the road, if the car is sold as roadworthy it should have one of these, but you must check.

The best thing to do is to collect the car using a trailer, then you will have no problems in England or France and you can register the car in Switzerland after you have imported it there.
Alternatively you could speak to your insurance company in Switzerland, give them the vehicle number and its English registration and see if they can give you a document to confirm that you are insured to drive the car in England, France and Switzerland.
Good luck with your Mini. Let us all know how you get on with it.
