Need more information.
Does it start with full choke, then misfire and stop when the choke is pushed in?
Or does it start with choke, run on choke till warm, run warm with choke back in, then misfire and stop after some more time running and after warming up?
After it stops, does it re-start immediately with or without choke?
It could be mixture, wrong carb needle, an ignition fault like the coil or condenser, or simply incorrect basic carb settings. Possibly it's an air leak on the induction system which weakens off the mixture when warm.
One thing's for sure, if it starts, it's either mixture or ignition (that's called stating the b****y obvious)!

Check fuel pressure and fuel level in float chamber.
Also richen it up a bit or see what happens when you pul the choke out a bit whilst driving it when it starts to lose power.
Check the static timing, points gap, change the plugs for new ones and fit new ignition leads. Change the condenser and fit another coil - borrow one if you have to.
If I had the car here it would be easy to check it out, but with not too much to go on it's difficult.
It's realy a matter of eliminating each possible cause in a methodical manner, one item at a time.
A tiop is not to try everything at once. Check each possible cause in turn, then road test until it is cured.
Good luck with this.
