It is quit easy. You do need a pipe to link the two lines the Metro unit has to the on line the mini has. I have used the origanel hubs but you can use the metro ones with the wright ball jounts. I did find to get the calipers lined up correctly I hade to use some very fin spacers (I have not read of any one else havting to do this). A number of the mini companeys mini sport etc do kits to do the convetion and can also offer further advice.
I am very happy with the results, good luck

if your using the turbo cast iron calipers your will need the following bits to do the job correctley and safely
1) the calipers
2) vented discs
3) the turbo flanges - these are deeper than the mini (or the non vented metro ones) - with out these the disc wont be central in the caliper. the proper turbo ones have 4 ridges on the outside that need machining off to get mini wheels to fit (normally), the after market ones dont have this feature.
4) the 8 bolts to hold the disc to the flange (not same thread as mini ones)
5) the 4 bolts that hold the calipers to the hub (not the same as the mini ones, they are longer - the mini ones will fit, but only hold the calipers on by about 5 threads...)
6) the conversion hose kit.
dont forget that the use of turbo 4 pots will poke your wheels out about another 1/4" each side.
