13" steel wheels??
Discussion
I don't want to seem cynical, but one might say:
"To spoil a Mini's handling, fit 13" wheels. To really ruin it fit heavier 13" steel wheels".
The unsprung weight of a 13" steel will not do the car any favours. Why not go for 12" Minilite alloys with 165 section tyres and have a Mini which will handle, not knock out its wheel bearings too quickly, have good suspension geometry and low unsprung (i.e. wheel) weight?

My God. That will handle unlike any Mini any of us have ever driven!
I can't begin to get my head around the handling dynamics with that set-up.
It'll have a low tyre/ground contact pressue at the rear and a much higher one at the front. The tyre treads will also be different pattern and the effects of the different tyre aspect ratios on both handling and road holding are something else to be considered.
Is this a serious post or someone having a laugh? One thing is for sure, it will look pretty stupid!
