I am going to view a 1993 Mini tomorrow, what do I need to look for?

It's been a few years since I had one but one word sums up my Mini owning experiences - RUST!

Start round the headlights and move back via A panels, sills (inner & outer), floor pans (easy to lift the carpets) looking inside the rear pockets inside the car, rear subframe and boot floor.

Anything else is easy and cheap to repair.
