mot fog light

If theres no light and no switch then theres no worry

(well it worked for me lol removed the light and the switch and it's never been mentioned since?)

Same as reverse lights I think?

If they're fitted to an older one they have to work. But they dont need to be fitted so don't worry. I have a rear one on mine but it's not needed for MOT.

As above. It's not needed for the MOT (or to be legal) but if fitted it must work.
