Looks like our move to the country is on so I'm looking for a Classic but there are very few for sale. Anyone got pointers about where to look? I've searched PH, gumtree, landrovernet and even autotrader...

What sort of money?

Also what type of classic and to do what with it?

Usually loads on ebay and in LR mags.

Don't think there's a real shortage of them. Early examples are becoming collectible now, but only if mint. There also seems a fascination with factory 300Tdi ones.

£1-2k you should find reasonable choice.

I'd love a 2 door, with webasto roof, for pottering about in biggrin

Hadn't thought of ebay, cheers, and always thought the magazine ads were a month or two behind so I've never bothered with them.

ebay often has plenty, 2 doors getting a bit pricy now.
Lots of forums too, Landyzone often has classics for sale.
Also the Range Rover Register website has a portion you can get to as a non member and there are a few there too. Mostly LSEs for some reason at the moment.
