Hi ,

I am looking to buy a RR supercharged , march 2006 , full option, DVD ( looks lowered ). with 22K miles , black . A used car inspection at land rover gave me about 2,5K in additional cost to make the car in perfect condition ( new front window , some rubbers, 1 break and some paint work )

what would you be willing to pay for it .

thx Andrew

if it needs £2.5K to make perfect then its obviously not been well maintained especially at that low mileage

walk away imo

fair comment but even at RR prices £2.5K is a lot of money on a car with that mileage?

i'd also not be too impressed with full dealer service history based on my experiences - you 'pay' for the book to be stamped and thats about it imo - general servicing is rudimentary to say the least which is why they can do it at discount prices (circa £250 - £300) - but when something really needs sorting - watch the bills!

i had an abs sensor fail recently - main dealer charged approx £315 and that did not include the 'tow in' which was covered by green flag as part of my insurance - otherwise add about £200 to the bill!
