series manifold

does anybody no if a series 2a diesel manifold will fit onto the 14j landrover engine.as far as i no its the same as the early 2.5 9o engine .might be the cheapest way i can get a exhaust.

Is the 2286 2a Diesel manifold the one which exits horizontally with a four-bolt flange? I guess the "14J" is the 2.5 engine which would have the same head as the 2.25 so I don't see why not.

thanks i am getting other feedback saying its the same head.its 3 bolts on the manifold at the moment.i am off to billing this weekend so will buy a series 3 diesel exhaust and see if it fits.if not then a new manifold i think.i am not a skinflint but the car does less than 500 miles a year so it will not wanting to spend 250 quid on a exhaust.
