Coniston Green paint: where to get it?

A colleague is trying to source half or one litre of Coniston Green paint (colour number LCR570) - not a rattle can.

If important it is for a 1995 D90.

Any ideas where he could go to get it?

Bonus points are awarded for solutions that make it easy to get the paint to Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

Why doesn't he just have it mixed at his auto factors in America? paint is made of the same stuff whether mixed in the UK or US!!
