I have a Range Rover Sport HSE which I bought in May last year for £22800 from BCA Top Car Auction as a stop gap measure. Since then I had side steps, 22" alloys, new pads and discs. Has FSH with Land Rover and has covered 75k miles.
In the winter when we had such bad weather, I felt really happy with the purchase and I noticed that they were really holding on to their value. Lately, they seem to have plummetted but do the wise community of Pistonheads think they will appreciate again.
Also, any nice trader able to give an indication of what it's worth as a private sale.
Thank you.

£18995 should see it gone.

It's worth about £15k trade.

Do you think the price will rise in the coming winter months?

Buckingham Blue with black leather on a 55 plate - do you mind me asking, purely out of curiosity - was it a stolen recovered car?

Thanks

No not at all.
I bought it at top car auction in Nottingham where it was sold with no faults and full hpi check etc...
It later transpired the owner was one of my patients! He had traded it in for a newer model

With those wheels, it won't be much use in winter, so I doubt the price will change a jot.

Ah OK -the only reason i asked is that the combination is not that common - certainly took me a while to find a 55 plate with one - it then got stolen around 3 years ago - just thought maybe...

I think there is a massive deference between off roading with aftermarket wheels and handling the snow and ice that the UK experienced

Our Vogue TDV8 is on 22" Wheels and it handled the weather perfectly and never missed a beat

I would put it on the market as soon as any snow is forcast, will sell within days.
Always sell my LR's in the winter, I would think that most people that will be looking for a Buck blue RRS will prefer the creme interior.
