RR Vogue Vogue se etc
Discussion
Hi there,
I am considering buying a RR (TDV8) but don't know much about them, looking to hopefully trade out of a 2008 DB9 into it with little extra outlay if possible. As such, can anyone advise what year i am likley to achieve, if there is anything i should look out for with respect to known issues, although imagine the car would still be in warranty, and what the must have options are. Have had a brief look at Approved Used but there seems no rhyme or reason as to the pricing with later vogues being priced more expensive than younger vogues se's give or take 10k miles.
Look forward to any help you may be willing to provide.

2012 is the current one, there are only very minor differences to the 2011 (shiny black grille surround, body-colour door handles and side vents, black backing to the lights, some different option packs).
Im sure I read somewhere there was a new FFRR due out next year? Am I mistaken?Just concerned to perhaps get a 2012 current 4.4 and then in March is the 2013 New FFRR out !

Aluminium, based around the new Jaguar XJ platform, half a tonne lighter, more luxurious, more room in the back, probably look like a first generation immigrant's wet dream if the past few years of Land Rover design are any indication.
And going waaaay up in price to make way for the Disco and RRS below to head upwards too. IIRC Autocar were suggesting a Vogue SE with choice options would be heading north of £100k...
