My Rangy 1998 P38 Air Suspension has got its knickers in a twist again. Its decided to have a low level ride height all the time, and will not operate up or down at all. The drive is very very bouncy indeed. Can anyone tel me the cheapest and easiest way to remedy it. Im not bothered if the suspension does up and down at all. I only want to drive it along without the bouncing around all the time. Is there a quick fix as the car not worth a great deal so I dont want to thow to much money at it.

Cheapest & easiest permanent fix? Coil spring kit. You will regret it though as you will lose the ride quality. Don't forget to tell your insurers as the vehicle will now count as modified - the P38 was never factory fitted with coil suspension.

As already said, what are the lights saying?
If you don't have a manual have a look here, (don't forget that you may need testbook or similar to clear any faults esp if you are on the bump stops with a hard fault)

You dont need testbook. Storey Wilson's EAS unlock software will interrogate the EAS and allow you to read/clear faults as well as calibrate the ride height.

I've got a black-box faultmate and easunlock and i can tell you they both do the same thing. I made some calibration blocks which you put between the bump stops and allows you to accurately diagnose and also set the heights.

With the calibration blocks in, i could see that one of my height sensors was reading way out and needed replacing.
