Painting a landrover discovery
Discussion
This is copied from the off road forum but i wanted more opinions.
Hi guys, I suspect i might get some stick for this but im thinking of painting my tatty looking but straightish 300tdi discovery olive green or maybe sand coloured.
My idea is that i paint it all green or sand except the bumpers and below the bump strips which would be black. I dont want it camoflaged i just want it painted with something thats easy to touch up if it gets a bit tatty again in the future.
I use it mainly for pay and play and the odd green lane. Its got a winch bumper, safari snorkle, 235/85/16 tyres with a camel cut and will have a 2 inch lift by the time i get around to painting it.
What im hoping for is that you guys on here can give your opinions (good or bad) on the paint scheme and hopefully post some pics of ones that you have seen, cant find much on google.
Cheers, Mark
