'Trans Faildafe Prog'

Can anyone tell me if the 'Trans Failsafe Prog' is indicating an issue with the gearbox or the transfer box?

I've just had a new gearbox put in my FFRR but am still getting this error along with the 'Transferbox Neutral' message.

My specialist thinks it could be the transferbox motor on the fritz. £800 + an hours labour to change.

Any advice much appreciated.
