MY SAT NAV'S GONE APE........

I have a 2011 RRS which has developed a curious sat nav problem......
When giving directions at times it seems to lose the plot and tell you to take turns that are not available or are clearly wrong......
IE, when on M25 to GATWICK clockwise it starts telling you to turn left where there is no left and you know yourself you should continue straight ahead and over the Thames crossing.
Not only does the voice over offer incorrect information 'that at times proves very misleading' but the map and directional arrow goes completely apesh*t and shows your position
to be driving up the Thames or across a golf course.
I've put the system on mapping only and watched it over a couple of weeks of journeys and sure enough its doing its own thing as well.I did Stansted twice this week and got shown to be
driving along the runway whilst I was still on the M25 about 3 miles from the airport junction on the first occasion and the second whilst at the terminal the map showed we where in
Baldock...........
I have taken photo's of various weird goings on in readiness for the dealer but just wondered if anyone could throw any light on it or indeed if they'd had the same issue.
Finally I did wonder if it could be some sort of interference but it is doing it all over the country as it lost the A1 north of Newark on Tuesday.
