Poss to spec Grand Black Lacquer to RRS SE?

On the RRS MY12, the Grand Black Lacquer trim finish seems only to pop up for the HSE and not the SE. Is it something that a dealer can request be fitted to an SE?
I remember when I got my Freelander2, it didn't have the trim I wanted so the dealer changed it inhouse. Sounds like trim is relatively easy to retrofit and hence should be able to get GBL on an SE?
