TD6 HSE 2003 Help Please

I am interested in buying a used TD6 HSE 2003. Any common issues that my need a look at with a RR at this age (2003)

Gearbox
Transfer box
Wing mirror motors
Damp in boot (bad boot seals)
Air compressor
Steering wheel - check heated wheel works and it moves up/down/front/back

An early Vogue is a potential money pit if not looked after, find one that has been pampered and has all the pre-work done and you can get a good buy (maybe not so much this time of year though)
