Range Rover 2003 V8 L322 Cam Gaskets replacement

Hi does anybody have any video links,downloads or info of replacing new cam gaskets to my RR L322 V8 2003/53.

Not done much work on my car before now. Does the cam cover bolts have a torque settings etc. Any advice on this job would be very much appreciated.

The workshop manual is on the Rave disc in pdf format. Can be found with a bit of googling on where to obtain it.

Not done it myself but shouldn't be a biggie. Would of thought it was a standard torque setting for a rocker cover as they are not a strucural or moving part.

Make sure you get all the bolts in before starting to tighten them and then tighten them in a star pattern so it clamps down with an even pressure.
