Left Hand Drive Defender 110?

Hi Guys,

I need to buy a LHD Def 110 as we're off to the wilds of France to live in the next few months.

There don't seem to be many about in the UK, and the ones that are here seem rather pricey, imho.

Are there any dealers that specialise in LHD Landies? I can't seem to find them if so.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Try ex military, most of those will have been LHD

Also, classifieds in Land Rover Owner International magazine usually has a few LHD Defenders.

There was a seller on ebay who had some that were MOD reserve stock I think so they were unregistered but 4 years old and were great prices . As a warning though the spares and dealer backup in rural france is patchy to say the least .

I've just got back from having a chat with my LR Indy, who tells me I need not worry if I can't find a tidy LHD Def as they can be converted rather easily. So, we'll just have to wait and see
