Trim fallen off Sports sidestep

The matt 'chrome' trim has fallen off my RR Sports sidestep......or been nicked! A main dealer has quoted me just under £500 for new side step (can't supply just the trim), bolts and fitting.......is there another way of replacing it I wonder?
