RR Classic heater problem

Hi guys,I own a 94 hard dash,have done for 7yrs and have noticed the heaters heat over the winters throw less and less out.I had a new radiator installed 2years ago and the checks done.the heater blows luke warm out of the top vents and colder in the footwell.I know it is a dash out job for repair,can someone recommend anybody/garage,im in cambs area,but dont mind going a bit further for a good price and job.Thanks

Have you tried flushing the system?

we did that,hence im after a recommendation on the matrix heater job.thanks for the suggestion though.
