I don't know much else but my one Discovery-owning member of staff is now 15 minutes late. Could it be it's because we've had a light dusting of snow here in Brum and that it's gone just a teensy bit cold?
I wouldn't mind this so much apart from the b

and having owned a Porsche whilst living in the Scottish Highlands - they are not good in the snow!
