We fancy a RR but don't want to shell out mega bucks as it's just for a bit of comfortable mile eating for g/f (need to retain LR type ability during winter months as we live deep in hilly countryside with about 5 miles of small lanes before we reach decent roads). Currently have a 2009 (Sept) Def90. One owner, 22,000 miles (all on road bar a very few miles on smooth green lanes) on mainly longer journeys so immaculate. Anyone fancy a swap? No particular thoughts on which RR - condition etc., will prob. be deciding factor.

You'd probably get one of the 2007 S/Cs for similar trade in money I'd have thought but trying to find someone that wants to go from luxury to utility will be the hardest find.

I'd suggest heading over to FullfatRR and seeing if someone over there is changing. Quite a few utilitarian types on dsico3/4.co.uk as well so maybe try there as some have RRs as well - a switch to D4 means an RR is pretty unnecessary so maybe they'll go for a defender plus D4?

Good luck on the search.

Cheers dubs - useful links thanks. I didn't really expect to pick up anything on here but you can never put out too many feelers! I'm sure conventional, seperate sale/purchase will be how we'll go in the end.
