OK, I am weakening. Just been called again by my dealer who says he has a slot for a car late May early June and so I thought I would play around with the configurator. Its too complicated for me!! Also, dont think it gives a really good rendition of the wheels and colours etc. Anyway, can anyone tell me what the differences are between the Autobiogrpahy and the Vogue SE and whether its worth going for? By the time I specced up an AutoB it frightened me off going any further. I currently run an ex LR Management RR Vogue SE 2012 with pretty much everything on, so I dont want to go without too much I currently have. Can driving/fog lights really be an extra on a nearly £100k car? I reckon LR really are pushing it with the pricing on this one

if i was you i would have a really good drive in this car as i had the same dilema as i drive a 2012 westminster tdv8 with only 6000 miles and all options,i drove the new vogue se for 5 days and decided albeit a great car the amount to change was just too much money imho. The car goes like the clappers but due to its huge weightloss gets effected by sidewinds, and i prefer my rr to feel well planted.

hope this helps simon

interesting insight. I suppose the lighter body would effect its ability in cross winds. I agree, I like the car to feel substantial. Since I bought a late TDV8 with the 8 speed box, I personally dont feel the need for any better fuel consumption. Dont get me wrong, I like saving money, but having always had petrol RRs the last being S/C the TDV8 feels like a 2CV in consumption terms. I will try to get a ride in one, my mate has just taken delivery of a 4.4 but he is away abroad for a few weeks. Maybe the dealership will let me have a go unless they are too busy playing around in them for themselves!!
