Hi, a few days ago I got a 2006 tdv6 hse,
It's been great so far, however when I started it this evening a large amount of smoke came out from under the drivers side front wheel arch, I stop it straight away. I restarted it 5 minutes later and it was fine.
Can anyone explain why that would happen??

Hahaha... That sounds like the Fuel Burning Heater. As standard, it'll kick in when the temp is less than 5C.
There is a Webasto heater on the cooling system to help warm the engine when cold. There is a little exhaust system attached to it, which drops down in front of the passenger side wheel arch.
