Q. what is a shut off coil valve when talking about the ARC module?
this was replaced on my 07 TDV8 when i had the suspension warning light with error code C1B07-19.
specifically what I am trying to figure out is if that valve was replaced, would the mechanic have to bleed the hydraulic system?

i have this hissing sound emanating from what feels like the front off-side wheel or it could be behind the steering wheel/driver's door area. only noticeable around bends. a LR indy believes this could only be air stuck in the hydraulics due to the system not having been bled properly when the valve was replaced. would they have bled the system to replace this component? and is it possible it wasn't done "properly" introducing air which is now trapped?

I'm assuming you're talking about the anti-roll system? AFAIK - It'll self bleed.

You might have a leak form the air suspension though... The best way of checking is to get the car into off-road/extended mode and spray a soapy solution all over it (spring units, pipe work, unions, valves, etc...). The soap will start blowing bubbles where it is leaking.
