What's best for rear load pace? RR RRS DISCO
Discussion
Hi all
I'm thinking of replacing my van for somthing a little more useable & the thought of a range rover is appealing.
The rear load space in my transporter provides all I need & more, I'm wondering how much space is available in the back of a normal RR or RRS? Been looking for pictures on the web for seats folded down pics and can hardly find anything? Do the seats fold flat in the RRS? I'm fairly sure they don't in the normal RR.
I'd hope to get somthing around a 2008 model.
Be grateful for any info pics.
Regards
Carlos

In the Disco and rrs the second(&3rd row in the disco) seats fold flat giving you a large van-like interior space. It's small compared to a transporter, but depending on your needs could be big enough. E.g. You can get bikes with wheels on upright in the disco.
Some measurements I took from a disco4 hse:
Back of front seats to closed boot (length)- 190cm
Back of 2nd row seats to closed boot - 110cm
Height from lowered seat back to inside of roof - 94.5cm
Interior width - 112cm
In the full fat rr the rear seats don't fold which compromises the space available a lot.

06 supercharged. 34k miles. Lots of toys on the SC. Despite the performance figures of the SC, it's not a car to press on it. You're aware of the weight when it's moving (the brakes are well up to stopping it though). Serene wafting is what it's about.
I dont do nearly enough miles to justify a diesel.
