RRS ambient lighting

Does anybody know how to get this to work? It only seems to change the colour of the light on the central armrest console, that can't be right surely.

On my Evoque it changes on the consol, and the doors

Unfortunately it's right for the RRS - lots of people complaining about thIs on other forums. Certainly not an option I'll be spec'ing if we order one in the next few weeks.

My dealer said this shouldn't be happening so will get it looked at

As previously mentioned, it is only the centre armrest bit that actually changes colour. Dealers seem to agree that this doesn't seem right but get the official line from Head Office when they ask of "thats all they're supposed to do"!

Utter waste of money speccing as an option. I would have at least expected the footwells and door cars to change too (like Vogue and Evoque). The picture on the Configurator is extremely misleading showing that the whole interior changes colour.

I will ask the dealer to check with LR. If that's true, it's very poor

It's true. Option for the AB for the MY2014.5 is the extended lighting. Currently only the centre console light changes.
