Range Rover-LEDs round front headligts

I'm contemplating a Range Rover, not sure of the year yet.

My question.

I saw one today (being driven) that had LEDs in a pattern around the headlights rather like an Audi.
Is this standard ?
A dealer option ?
Aftermarket ?

If it is standard can I just pull the fuse

Well there are 4 generations of Range Rover, six if you count sports. Maybe you could be a little more specific on which one you are referring too.
