DIY or pro jobs?

Looking to get a new gearbox for the Disco lined up, was thinking I should change the tranny case over too as it won't be far behind in terms of wear.

Now, I want me an Ashcroft lockable ATB in the transfer case, I looked on their webby and saw the rebuild kits etc and wondered if it's possible to do it all myself??? Or with the fitting of the ATB is it better to let the experts do it?

Not sayin money is no object, but you can't buy peace of mind.
