Hi just bought a 2006 HSE Sport. The car will only hold the Bluetooth pairing until I switch the ignition off. So every time I get in have to re pair it. I read the manual ( surprise for a bloke ) and it says it will hold up to 8 numbers. My assumption is that the pairing memeory is full but I cant find anywhere it says how to delete previous numbers. Is that correct or any other ideas ?
Thanks in advance

Sounds like your Bluetooth control module is a previous model. I had this with my D3 which was cured with an upgrade (along with sat nav on the move) for £120. It no longer needs to be paired every time and I can also see who's calling and not just their number.

Hi Jep
where would I get this done? You also mention sat nav on the move...does this upgrade then allow you to enter destination details on the move ( as opposed to stationary ? )
THANKYOU
David

Hi David,

Yup, Sat Nav on the move does exactly what it says on the tin and is how it should have been all along, it's that useful... I got mine done by someone recommended from disco3.co.uk and it was a 10minute job. I'd have a look on there to see who's near to you, they're a friendly bunch over there, (in fact half the reprobates over here are members there as well) wink

Congrats on the purchase.

It's quite easy to sort the bluetooth out, it can be done via the post as well as it's just a module change, in the boot behind the lap on the right side. There are quite a few other bits that can be done too. This guy seems quite well respected on RRSport.co.uk http://www.rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic27997.html

Aye, Bodsy's got a good rep on disco3 too, but he's in Shropshire. Wiggs did mine, but he's even further north in north Manchester. David, put a post on either of those sites and you'll get some good help.

Yes......Bodsy did a number of upgrades but the real value ones were, the sat nav upgrade allowing directions to be put in on the move, and the Bluetooth upgrade that now downloads my directory. These have turned a "frustrating" car to a fully usable efficient one. Can't recommend him nad upgrades enough !
The other bit was I obtained a sat nav geography upgrade for £25 ( CD ), which makes the car complete.
