Good Land Rover Independent in Lanarkshire / Central Belt

Hi folks,
Need some help. I have an 03 plate Disco II with the Active Cornering Enhancement (ACE) system and standard spring suspension.
Well, a couple of weeks ago the ACE warning light started to come on occasionally (Red, accompanied by beeping). It only seems to happen when the car is sitting in traffic and turning off the ignition and restarting makes the warning light and beeping go away. The amber light has never come on interestingly.
Now, after some research it seems this particular issue is not good and I therefore need to get it fixed before hideously expensive things happen. ACE fluid level is close to the lower limit in the reservoir but still in range - and the fluid does seem to be getting circulated well judging by the fluid turbulence in the reservoir. I will top up the fluid but I'm not confident that this is the cause, unless these systems are super sensitive to fluid level.
Just moved to the Lanark area (well West of Lanark by about 15 miles) and I'm struggling to find a decent specialist who will simply know what to do - rather than experiment for ages whilst being funded by me.
Anyone know of a good reliable LR specialist in the area? Someone within 20 miles would be great given the dire warnings about not driving the car when the ACE system is not playing ball.
Thanks in advance
TD
