Replacement engine for 2700v6 Tdi / 2006

Have a good friend who is in need of a refurbed engine for a Landrover auto TDI V6 2700 on a 2006 plate. He is currently either based in the Norfolk .

Any suggestion or recommendations would be gratefully received .

An airport meet & greet company grenaded my RRS engine this time last year.

Bought a reconditioned unit from Dieselcraft in Warrington (long way from you I appreciate). The engine is brilliant. Cost was £3650 for the unit.

Try jag breakers.
The basic engine is the same, you'll need to swap over bits but it's a cheap way of getting it back running.
My Indy did it with a cheap D3 he bought with a failed engine and now uses the car as his company car.
