Found out today why the brakes just wouldn't go hard following the bulkhead rebuild on me 90...
Nothing to do with the ABS modulator not bleeding correctly...Oh no.
It would appear the master cylinder has coincidentally gone pop and also filled the servo 1/3 full with brake fluid.
'Course being the ABS version everything's dirt cheap to replace...oh hang on.
