Selling a Defender

Will be moving on my Defender 110 after the Winter (Feb/Mar) and trying to get a feel for best avenues.

I'm aware of Autotrader, and obviously here but, are there any good Landrover sites, magazines or forums that run classifieds. I'll probably give it a go privately first but, as my truck is only 1 year old it may not be the best channel due to it's value. Finally anyone sold to a dealer and received a fair price for a straight purchase?

I would try Twisted maybe in Thirsk, Defenders are getting hard to find. I think a call to Charles may bear fruit.

I've had emails recently from main dealer I bought from wanting to buy mine back - suggested they were paying a premium for them at the moment (but may have been against a BS starting value!).

Do you have any option for hanging on to it a bit longer? I may be wrong but I suspect that once it's no longer possible to order a new one (is that now? although probably still possible to pick up the odd build slot/dealer stock?) then the prices will surely rise, even if only in the short term?
