My D2 has a wet drivers footwell. I intend to seal up the Sunroofs but before I do is this where the water normally shows itself? I don't want the seal them up only to find it is another problem letting the water in.

Cheers

I get water coming through by where headlining ends and the windscreen starts on the driver side if that makes sense?

Foot well damp can be caused by blocked air con pipes

get under the car and there are two tubes, one each side of the gearbox. there are "non return valves" on the end.

give them a good squeeze or removed the valves.

By now you should have a very wet arm and the footwells will be dry in future.

Or it could be the sunroof....

Join the d2 boys club for advise if the a/c pipes are not blocked.

Cheers mate. Are these the drain pipes from the Chiller/Condenser Unit (where water drains off and pools under the car when you stop?) The Air Con/Climate is working perfectly so I guess it could be this. I'll take a look.

The sunroof drain pipes run down inside the pillar that the door hinges on. The water is then supposed to
exit at the bottom but the drain holes are often blocked, sometimes you can find and clear them.
I ended up drilling a new hole!
