Td5 Door hinges

My lower door hinge on my MY98 Defender is broken, can anyone recommend a decent replacement hinge? I was hoping to be able to easily colour match the hinge by spray it myself.

Any advice much appreciated.

I noticed some recently that are a different design, looked cool but I suspect a bit pricy!

I fitted these to my 90 300tdi - yes they are pricey - but they don't drop, rust, need oiling or anything
