RR 4.4TDV8 - squeaky turbo

Folks,

My 2011 vogue has now covered around 81k. nothing unusual about that i hear you say - well it has been mostly trouble free (new air suspension on the back, replacement wiring loom and front suspension sensors aside).

Thing is, now when we set off from a standing start the noise coming from one of the turbos is like a teenage boy in a 1980's skateboard.

My fear is the squeaky / whistling turbo is about to fail or the bearings have begun to expire.

Has anyone got any experience of this ?
