Land Rover - Park Royal (A40)

Does anyone know why the showroom build has been completed for some time, however they have not relocated from the old site?

The Dealer Principal told me a fee weeks ago they will move to the new place in March next year...not sure why maybe something to do with leases?

Cheers
Thought lease or possible issues with the new build
