Looked at what was otherwise a tidy P38 today with the exception of the head lining, a quick search didn't bring up much.
Anybody know where I can get a replacement hopefully for less than £300?

Thanks, bit pricey for a repair, the lining in this one must have a 100 plus staples in it to hold it up!
Plus it's from a very heavy smokers car.

I got my P38 headlining done by this guy and it was easily some of the best money I spent on the car. The fabric used was marginally lighter than the original and lifted the feel of the cabin. He recovered the internal pillars at the same time.

I also had my roof lining and pillars replaced by this chap (Jason, if I remember rightly)
Great results, the new roof lining is fibreglass covered with flock, so it won't ever sag again.
Also very easy to deal with.
Well worth it.
He's mobile and came and did my roof here in Poole.
