Turbo on 3.6 TDV8 2009 Mechanic Essex Area

Hi so i've recently had an issue with my ranger rover sport 3.6 TDV8, i've had a few people look at it and they have mostly diagnosed it as an issue with the turbo.

I am looking for someone in the Essex area that is able to undertake the work of fully diagnosing the problem and carrying out the needed work.
