OE Tyres For A Late L322

So I paid my deposit and the way Inchcape work is to prep it after its sold however I can still back out oddly.
2012 (but 13 reg) L322 AB went into prep last friday and I cheekily called up to ask what it was having done - 4 new tyres, new pads all round, a glovebox catch and a oil service.
Quite chuffed as 4 tyres are 5% of the vehicle cost -- depending on what they fit -- so prior to my inspection (and I am expecting Scorpions) surely they wouldnt fit Ling Longs as a LR dealer?
What brand would it have had on out of the factory?
